After many months of what must have been, for each and every one of you, an unbearably long wait, we're happy announce that Underground Meats is, finally, offering up an August cured meats CSA. "The Two Pound Tote" includes the following:
- 12oz of our Saucisson Sec
- 8oz of our Farm Style Peperone
- 8oz of our Genoa Salami
- 4oz of our Pancetta
Each of the items will be packed up in either vacuum sealed packages or butcher paper. The products are also shelf stable and will last many months in the fridge. Though, if you have it that long we suggest you call up some friends and have them help you eat through it.

Cost: $35
Payment: Make a check out to Underground Meats and mail it to the address below.
Pickup: Wednesday, August 17th & Thursday, August 18th (whichever is convenient for you)
Time: 4pm - 6:30pm
