This Week's Video: March 2012 at Joseph Leonard

In March of this year, we were lucky enough to work with the staff and crew at Joseph Leonard to put on three dinners inside their beautiful space in Manhattan. 

The food we served gave us inspiration for a lot of the dishes we plan to serve at Forequarter. The staff was amazing - we hope to host them in Madison at some point this year.
