We decided not to do a bio page on this site for a number of reason. We kind of think it is a little cheesy but also because so many people comprise who we are as a catering company and it would be tough to figure that out and such for the site. Also if you look at the blog portion of the site you see that Shamus, Jonny, Ben, Mary and Tim are the principle members who blog on this page. So that is who makes up the core right now.
