Toast Bar at Bradbury's Coffee Friday Jan. 27th

Underground Food Collective will be popping up this Friday (Jan. 27th) at Bradbury's Coffee starting at 7pm.  We will be serving  six different varieties of  toast with wine pairings until 9:30pm. No tickets or reservations, just show up and order and eat. We will have vegetarian and meat options. Sorry, no gluten free.

Where :: 127 N. Hamilton (Bradbury's Coffee)

Time :: 7pm to 9:30pm

Cost :: $7 for toast. Wine pairings are additional.

 

An Evening with Hastings Cameron & UFC at the Old Sugar Distillery

We're pleased to announce a January pop-up at the Old Sugar Distillery. A ticket gets you in the door as well as three cocktails masterfully created by UFC's Hastings Cameron using the Old Sugar Distillery's Queen Jennie Sorghum Whiskey. You'll also nosh on a selection of sausages, vegetarian fare, and dessert from the crew at Underground Food Collective.

We're also offering up two pricing tiers. General Admission ($45) and a Service Industry Special ($38). Choose wisely and be real. Awesome.

Cyclo-cross Nationals 2012 :: Verona, WI

We sold a lot of food and had tons of fun checking out the 2012 Cyclo-cross championships in Verona last weekend. The word is next year's national championship will be at Badger Prairie Park again. Looking forward to it, crazy-warm weather or not. 

Back in Brooklyn with Sweet Deliverance & Underground Food Collective

This February, the Wisconsin based crew of the Underground Food Collective is back in Brooklyn for three wonderful evenings with Sweet Deliverance on February 10th, 11th, and 13th.

Dinners will be a multi-course family-style feast, replete with seasonal and preserved provisions, Wisconsin raised meats, and other tasty confections. We will provide one cocktail to kick off the evening and will also have wine and beer for purchase.  After the dinners, we will open the bar and welcome you to stay around a while for drinks and a visit.
